Haarlemmermeer is a municipality with a centre, an airport and a handful of business parks, and the parking policy follows those differences. Around Hoofddorp three tariff zones sit as rings around each other: zone A for the shopping heart and the station, zone B for the districts around it and zone C for the outer edge. The further from the centre, the lower the rate: in zone C you pay not even a euro per hour.

At Schiphol Centrum you can short-stay on two street zones, at the highest rate in the municipality. For longer parking there are the airport's own P1, P3 and P4 sites, with their own rates and booking rules.
