After deleting your account we erase your personal data. Invoices and parking data we keep for seven years, as the law requires.

Updated September 8, 2026

When you delete your account, we delete everything we are not legally required to keep. What we do have to keep, such as invoices, we detach from your account and keep only as long as the law prescribes. The deletion itself happens thirty days after your request; until then you can still stop it by signing in again. Below is what happens to which data.

The periods below come from the privacy statement; they are not a setting in the app.

Why we keep invoices

The law requires every business to keep its records for seven years. That includes invoices and the underlying transactions, so your parking sessions too. We use that data only for our bookkeeping and for audits by the tax authorities; not to contact you or for other purposes.

What we delete

Everything we could reach or track you with: your contact details, your vehicle data as active data, your location history and your device data. So after deletion you can no longer receive emails or push messages from us.

Outstanding amount or fraud

You cannot delete while an invoice is open or your balance is negative, so a debt does not disappear with your account. If an amount is nevertheless left unpaid after deletion, we keep the data needed to collect the claim. In the event of established fraud or non-payment of more than 60 days after the last reminder, an account and a plate can end up on our internal incident list; that data we keep for five years at most. See Things to settle before deletion.

A copy before you delete

If you want to keep your data, request it before deleting. In the app that goes through Profile › Privacy › Request data: you fill in a reason and tap Send, after which Request received appears, with the text "We are collecting your data and will send it to … within 7 days." Invoices you request separately under Profile › Invoices; those come by email too. After deletion we can no longer link such a request to an account. See Viewing or downloading your data.

Questions

All the retention periods above are also set out in the privacy statement. Questions or requests about your data go to [email protected].
