Your invoices are under Profile › Invoices. That screen is called Your administration and has two entries: Payments ("Invoices for your balance top-ups") and Usage ("Statements of your parking costs per month"). You do not download an invoice onto your phone: you request it and we send it as a PDF to the email address on your account.
How to request an invoice
- Go to Profile › Invoices.
- Pick Payments for a top-up, or Usage for your parking costs.
- Tap the invoice you need.
- Tap the download icon in the top right.
- You see Invoice sent: "We have sent your invoice to …"
You get an email that the invoice you requested is ready for you: for a top-up that is the invoice for that top-up, for your parking costs the usage statement for that period. The PDF is attached to that email.
The difference between the two kinds
| Entry | What is on it |
|---|---|
| Payments | One top-up, with the transaction costs |
| Usage | Your parking costs over a period, with VAT |
A usage statement for a period that is still running shows the message Settled with your balance: "The total has already been deducted from your balance." So there is nothing left to pay; it is a specification for your records.
What an invoice shows
Open a statement under Usage and you get the rows Status, Period, Reference (the invoice number) and Specifications with the number of lines. An invoice under Payments shows Payment method, Billed to (your masked account number), Reference and Specifications instead. Tap Specifications to see the lines themselves: On-street activity ("From … to … with …"), Service fee(s), Transaction fee or Balance top-up. The parking fee is a municipal tax; on the service and transaction costs we charge VAT.
If no email arrives
Check your spam or promotions folder and check the address under Profile › Account. If that address is wrong, change it first; the invoice always goes to the address on your account. See Receiving invoices by email. For the details of a single parking session, see Requesting a receipt for one session.
