What appears on your invoice

Your invoice carries the name and address of your account. You change them under Profile › Account; there is no separate invoice-details screen.

Your invoice carries the name and address of your account. SimplePark has no separate screen for invoice details: you change them under Profile › Account, the Personal details screen. It says as much next to your name: "We use your name only to greet you personally and for billing."

What from your account ends up on the invoice

DetailWhere you change it
Full nameProfile › Account
AddressProfile › Account
EmailProfile › Account

Your email address also decides where a requested invoice is sent. If that address is wrong, the PDF arrives at the wrong place.

How to change your name or address

  1. Go to Profile › Account.
  2. Tap Full name or Address.
  3. Enter the new details.
  4. Confirm; for an address you check in the last step that it is right.

For the address it says: "We need your address details for correct billing." The last step adds: "Your address has been linked. Please verify your address below before continuing." An address is also required before you can turn on direct debit.

Business parking

The app has no fields for a company name, a chamber of commerce number or a VAT number. What it does carry is the name and address on your account. If you park for work, you can set those to your company details, or use a separate account for business trips.

The VAT itself is itemised. The parking fee is a municipal tax without VAT; on the service costs and the transaction costs we charge 21% VAT, and those lines sit separately under Specifications on the invoice. See Requesting your invoice.

Separate from your personal details

There is no second place where your address is kept again. If you move, you change it once under Profile › Account and it is right from the next invoice on. See also Changing your name and address.
