All your personal details are in one place: Profile › Account, under the heading "Personal details". There you find four rows: Full name, Phone number, Email and Address. You tap them to change them. There is no second screen with separate invoice details: the name and address here are the ones on your invoice.
Changing your name
- Open the app and tap Profile at the bottom.
- In the settings list, tap Account and then Full name.
- Fill in First name and Last name and tap Save.
The app explains why it asks: "We use your name only to greet you personally and for billing. We never share your data with others."
Changing your address
- Under Account, tap Address.
- In the Add address wizard, fill in your Postal code and House number and tap Next.
- Check the address the app looks up and tap Continue.
The wizard only handles Dutch addresses: you pick no country and fill in nothing but a postal code and a house number. The app looks up Street and City itself; those appear in the check step.
Why we need your address
Two reasons, both from the app itself. The first: "We need your address details for correct billing", because your address belongs on the invoice for your top-ups and your parking costs. The second: without an address you cannot switch on direct debit. That is exactly why Add address is also a step in the Link payment method wizard. You do not need your address for your first parking action: onboarding only asks for your name, your email address, your phone number and a vehicle.
Details with an extra confirmation
You change your email address and your phone number in the same list, but with a 6-digit code, by email and by text message respectively. That is because your invoices arrive at your email address and because your phone number is the key to your account. See Changing your email address.
What we do not ask for: there are no fields for a company name, a Chamber of Commerce number or a VAT number, and we do not ask for your date of birth. When creating your account you declare that you are 18 or older. Which data we do hold and how long we keep it is in the privacy statement; requesting a copy is possible too, see Viewing or requesting your data.
And something else that is not possible: transferring an account to someone else. An account belongs to one person, with one phone number. If someone else takes over your car, that person creates their own account and you remove the vehicle from yours under Profile › Vehicles.
