SimplePark is an app for iPhone and Android. You download it for free from the App Store or Google Play; you only pay when you actually park. Installing takes a minute, and after that you create your account in the app.
iPhone (iOS)
- Open the App Store on your iPhone.
- Search for SimplePark or go straight to SimplePark in the App Store.
- Tap Get and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your Apple ID password.
- Open the app once the installation has finished.
Android
- Open Google Play on your phone.
- Search for SimplePark or go straight to SimplePark in Google Play.
- Tap Install.
- Open the app once the installation has finished.
How to recognise the real app
The app is simply called "SimplePark" and the publisher is SimplePark B.V. If you see several apps with a similar name in the store, check the publisher and, when in doubt, use the links above: they go straight to the right page.
Which phones are supported?
On iPhone you need iOS 16.6 or newer; on Android, a recent version. If you cannot find or install the app in the store, your phone or its operating system is usually too old. Update the operating system through your phone's settings first and try again. A tablet works too, but the app is made for your phone: that is what you have at hand when you park.
Keeping the app up to date
We release updates regularly. Turn on automatic updates in the App Store or Google Play and you will always have the latest version without thinking about it. That is not a luxury: after a large change behind the scenes the app stops you with Time for an update!: "We have refreshed SimplePark behind the scenes. To keep using the app and starting parking activities, you need the latest version." The Update button takes you straight to the store.
