You can run several parking sessions at the same time in one account, as long as they are on different vehicles. Handy when a visitor is parked at your door while your own car is in another zone, or when you pay for two of the family's cars. At most one session runs per vehicle.
How to start a second session
- Open the app on the Map tab. Your first session sits at the bottom.
- Tap the zone where the second car is parked and tap Start action.
- On the zone screen, tap the vehicle strip in the Parking action block and pick the other plate in Vehicle.
- Check the code in the top right, tap Set end time, choose the time and tap Next.
- Tap Start.
Both sessions are now in the app, each with its own timer and its own end time. You stop them independently; under Activities they appear separately.
The same car twice is not possible
If you try to start a second session for a vehicle that already has one, the app refuses: "This vehicle has an active parking activity." If you move the car to another zone, stop the running session first and then start a new one. Two sessions on the same plate would make you pay twice without enforcement being able to do anything with it.
Cost
Every session is a separate registration with the municipality and has its own € 0.29 service fee. Two sessions at once therefore cost the service fee twice, plus the parking rate of each zone. All sessions come from the same credit, so check when starting that your balance covers both; if not, Insufficient balance appears and you either pick a shorter end time or top up first.
Is there a limit?
There is no fixed limit on how many sessions run at the same time, but there is one on pace: start a great many in a short time and the app reports "Your account has reached the parking activity limit". That limit is eight new sessions per hour. In normal use you will not hit it.
Notifications and overview
You get the reminder that a session is running per session, at the interval you picked under Profile › Notifications. On an iPhone every running session appears as its own Live Activity on the lock screen, with the zone code, a running timer and the buttons Stop and Extend.
